One Word

A word.

Just one word.

It can mean so much when someone needs a friend,

Or it can hurt someone and devastate them.

It doesn’t matter what the word is,

But being sure whether the word is good or bad,

Can make or break someone’s day.

If you see someone who needs a friend,

Give a word of hope,

Let them know they are not alone and never will be.

And watch out to make sure you don’t say a word that would devastate someone.
